A former chief minister has attacked the ‘bureaucracy’ which he claims is strangling the efficient working of the Department of Infrastructure.
Tony Brown’s administration was behind changing the Department of Transport into the DOI in 2010.
He believes moving parts of it to other areas of government won’t solve anything:
