Bride residents to have 'man and van' household waste collection

Latest development for residents in the parish

Bride residents will have their household waste collected by a 'man and van' arrangement which will be taken to the 'appropriate' places.

The commissioners have confirmed this will be paid for through the rates.

It's the latest development for residents in the parish after the local authority pulled out of the Northern Civic Amenity Site agreement. 

In addition recycling has been made available through Recycle Collect and this will be paid for through the rates. 

Bride Commissioners also confirmed it will be using the money saved to go towards general maintenance as well as towards new equipment for the sports field.
