Bride Commissioners announced candidates but not provided names

Five people are confirmed to be joining the board

UPDATE 27/03/25: Bride Commissioners has now provided the names of the five candidates. 

They are: 

- Pamela Kinrade

- Ann Carter

- Ivan Burton

- Jennifer Quine

- John Taylor

Bride Commissioners has announced it has received five candidates to join the board in an uncontested election.

However, no names have been provided by the local authority's deputy returning officer, but they said they were 'delighted' with the support.

The commissioners have not held a contested election since before 2004.

The Cabinet Office has been contacted for the names of the candidates.
