Isle of Man Samaritans wants to break the myth around 'the most depressing day of the year'
Isle of Man Samaritans is urging people to help dispel the myth of 'Blue Monday' on 19 January.
The Manx charity wants the community to break open the biscuits and talk about their feelings over a cuppa.
A team from Samaritans will be based in Tesco's Victoria Road store on Monday between 12 noon and 6pm to chat to members of the public and answer questions about the charity's work.
