Vehicle entre to the Roundhouse has been under dispute since January this year
Braddan Commissioners hopes to have building underway on the access road for The Roundhouse Community Centre soon.
Chair Andrew Jessopp says there's currently a delay on documents being signed from the government.
Access has been an ongoing issue between the Department of Health and Social Care and the local authority since the building was opened in January.
Mr Jessopp says he is 'optimistic' the road will be built by the end of the year.
