DoI carrying out resurfacing work for up to three weeks
It's hoped major work at Braddan Bridge will be as pain-free as possible for motorists.
A new one-way system is now in place for up to three weeks, with traffic heading out of Douglas being diverted along Saddle Road.
The road will be closed completely at the weekends.
