New rate set at 224 pence in the pound
Major investment in Braddan is behind a 21 pence rate rise in the parish, according to the chairman of the Commissioners.
Work on a £6.5million community complex is set to begin later this year, while improvements will be made to the Cronk Grianagh Park.
Andrew Jessopp says they made no secret a rate increase was on the horizon.
