Run will raise money for charities
A local boxer is hoping to go the extra mile for charity, by running up the height of Mount Everest this weekend.
Danny Roberts will be covering the climb by going up Snaefell from Laxey beach fourteen times, starting Saturday morning at 8am.
He's doing it to raise money and awareness for local charities Huntington's Disease IoM and REACH IoM.
We'll be keeping you up to speed live throughout the weekend on Manx Radio.
The sportsman has been training since before Christmas, and aims to complete the challenge within two to three days.
