'Worldwide' spectacle taking place tonight
One of the most hotly contested competitions in the Island takes place tonight.
The 2017 World Bonnag Championship at Dalby schoolrooms is again being hosted by the Friends of St James.
Locals will battle it out for the Isle of Man Creameries Trophy in a bid to be crowned world Bonnag champion.
Admission will include supper and there will be entertainment led by Dot Tilbury, a raffle and auction of the bonnags.
Proceeds from the event will go to Tabithas Trust, The Pahar Trust and the Dalby Church Restoration Fund.
