A racing pigeon will be flying home today - without flapping once!
"Bob", a very young bird, was out on a training exercise in Northern Ireland when he got lost and ended up on the Isle of Man.
He was handed over to Strand vets in Port Erin, who got in contact with the MSPCA to see if they could help re-unite him with his owner in County Down.
Now Island company CityWing have offered to fly him back home - though he won't be able to request a window seat. Bob will have his own secure and comfortable cabin in the hold.
Kelly Anderson discovered him.
