Mathieson-Nelson issued binding over order
A Ballafesson man's appeared at Douglas courthouse on two counts of provoking behaviour.
Twenty-two-year-old Callum Robert Mathieson-Nelson had pleaded not guilty to the charges at previous hearing.
He was accused of committing the offences on August 13 this year.
Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes has now resolved the case by issuing Mr Mathieson-Nelson with a binding over order.
