Youth Circuit Series heads south
The Billown circuit in the south of the Island will close at 12.30 this lunchtime ahead of the IOM Youth Cycling Tour.
The event is a qualifier for British Cycling's National Youth Circuit Series and 2019 National Junior Road Series.
Spectators are welcome.
The road will open again no later than 5.30pm
