
There are 1,128 people on the Island's public sector housing waiting list, according to the latest figures, two-hundred less than at the end of the last year.
The statistics been revealed in response to a House of Keys question for written answer from Michael MHK Alf Cannan.
At the end of 2011/12 1,333 people were on the list.
Much of that 205-person decrease came in Douglas, which saw a drop from 673 to 474.
No housing authority saw a rise of more than six people.
