Minister hoping for more contact with graduates
One of the main aims of the National Insurance Holiday Scheme announced in the budget is to encourage Manx students to work on the Island when they complete their university courses.
A revised awards scheme will also be set up, with the education department having £1.5 million set aside for it.
Currently only 50% of graduates return to the Isle of Man.
