Beach cleaners have been at it again

It was Kipling who observed: "England is a garden but gardens are not made by saying oh how beautiful, and sitting in the shade."

It's been another year when Bill Dale and his teams of "beach buddies" have been shunning the shade and tackling the filth on Island beaches, both washed in but also dumped and dropped. But to get the maximum effect from their efforts they need help to get motorised support.
