Volunteers asked to meet at Sartfield Car Park this morning
Beach Buddies will be tackling a beach in the north of the Island today following reports of a significant amount of plastic being discovered there.
The charity is asking volunteers to meet at the Sartfield car park to clean the coast between Jurby and The Lhen.
Social distancing will be observed during the session, which gets underway at 10.30am.
Those taking part are reminded that the beach is a nesting area, so are asked to remain below the high water mark, while dogs must be kept on leads.
