Charity to expand to Hong Kong and Cayman Islands
Beach Buddies will open branches in other countries next year.
Plans are underway to set up in Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands.
The Manx charity was founded by Bill Dale in 2006, and held its first beach cleaning event in 2013.
Mr Dale spoke about the plans while receiving the award for commitment to the environment and sustainability at the Isle of Man Newspapers' Awards for Excellence.
