Bill Dale to speak at a lecture series later this year
The man who founded the beach cleaning group, Beach Buddies, has been invited to speak on the subject in the United States.
Ohio geologist, Dr Coleen McClean, met Bill Dale on a trip to the Island last year.
She was so impressed by his work - and that of his volunteers - she has invited him to an Energy and Environment lecture series in October.
