'Our priority is safety for everyone', say organisers
There'll be no Beach Buddies clean-up on the Island this weekend.
Organisers say given the weather forecast for heavy rain, potentially icy roads and sleet or snow, they 'don’t want to encourage anyone to be driving in such conditions'.
The first volunteer event of 2025 will therefore take place in Port Erin - splitting volunteers between the beach area and Spaldrick - on Sunday 12 January.
They say they'll share further details during the week.
