Residents still taking 'tracker' mortgages
Residents across the Island should 'be prepared' to face further increases to interest rates.
An Island-based financial advisor told Manx Radio they are still seeing a number of 'tracker mortgages' taken out.
It's 10 days since the Bank of England raised its base interest rate for the 11th time since December 2021.
