DEFA minister rules herself out of job swap
The environment, food and agriculture minister has ruled herself out of a job swap saying she would be conflicted.
It follows the resignation of Health and Social Care Minister Lawrie Hooper this week; the chief minister has taken on the role temporarily.

Alfred Cannan told Manx Radio he would be making a decision on who should replace him imminently.
He hasn't yet done so but has announced that MHKs David Ashford and Chris Thomas will become political members for the department.
