Plans submitted for 15 new units
Balthane Industrial Estate in Ballasalla could be about to get considerably bigger.
A planning application has been submitted to add 15 new industrial units there, in two separate blocks.
If approved, the structures would be erected on land to the east of the existing block 'D', on Balthane Park.
