Seventy-two-year-old to appear in court again
A Ballaugh fisherman who’s said to have been illegally fishing will appear in court again next month.
Seventy-two-year-old Alan William Kermode of Main Road appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He hasn’t entered pleas to two counts of not using valid pot tags and one of breaching escape gap regulations on 6 October.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in the sum of £500 to appear again on 3 November.
