Benjamin and David Carter in court over July incident
Two Ballabeg brothers have appeared alongside each other in court over an incident in July.
Benjamin Arthur Carter and David John Lawrence Carter of Ballafodda appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
Both are charged with disorderly behaviour on licensed premises, and 42 year old Benjamin Carter also faces one count each of being drunk and disorderly, resisting police and assault with intent to resist arrest.
His brother, aged 37, is charged with obstructing police.
No pleas have yet been entered and both were bailed to appear in court on 18 August.
