SPC chair raised concerns with DoI over Liverpool plans
The infrastructure minister says he suspects there is a connection between the Covid Steam Packet inquiry and a critical letter he received from the company.
SPC chairman Lars Ugland raised concerns about the design and construction of aspects of the work on the £38 million Liverpool Ferry Terminal.
