Island founder of 'Without Wings' says it's a 'big deal'
An Isle of Man autoimmune charity will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
Set up in 2016 'Without Wings' was previously named the Manx Autoimmune Arthritis Trust.
It changed its name last year to include all conditions.
An autoimmune disease is a health condition where the immune system attacks the body’s own cells, tissues, or organs.
Founder and Chair Jackie Morrey-Grace says the anniversary is a 'big deal':
Jackie set up the charity 10 years ago after experiencing the lack of support available to those with conditions.
