
A 35 year old Ballasalla man accused of causing grievous bodily harm will appear in court this morning.
David Anthony Mitchell of Quines Close was arrested following an early morning disturbance on the Clagh Vane housing estate nine days ago.
He is also facing charges of affray and possessing an offensive weapon.
The man he’s accused of wounding, Alex Messenger, remains in a UK hospital with head and facial injuries.
