Public feedback will be fully considered before any changes are made to the Island's bus services.
Infrastructure Minister Laurence Skelly gave that assurance to Onchan MHK Peter Karran in Tynwald today (Tuesday).
Mr Karran believes the public should be able to have their say to ensure any timetable and route changes are more effective.
Mr Skelly told the court his department would 'not be able to provide bespoke solutions for every individual journey desire'.
But he acknowledged passengers needs had to be carefully balanced against the cost of running the service, stressing there had been no increase in Bus Vannin's budget.
