Ready to serve second term in Douglas North
David Ashford has ruled out putting his name forward for the role of chief minister.

He'll serve a second term alongside newcomer John Wannenburgh.
Just under 80 per cent of voters who turned out yesterday voted for Mr Ashford but he says he won't be going for the top job:
