Government scheme hoped to help people reduce household energy emissions
Around 1500 people on the Island have applied for government's Green Living Grant.
It's hoped it will help Manx residents make their homes more energy efficient with a contribution of up to £6,000 per property.
In February's Budget Treasury announced £46 million would be allocated towards tackling climate change.
Chair of the Climate Change Board Daphne Caine says a number of steps have already been taken:
Yellow weather warning for gale force winds
New board members sought for abattoir
Controversial local authority legislation debate deferred to end of March
