Witness reports of officers outside Starbucks
Armed police are responding to an 'ongoing incident' in Douglas.
They say there are no immediate concerns for the safety and well-being of individuals or nearby residents.
Road closures are in place on Duke Street and Strand Street.
In a statement the Isle of Man Constabulary says it advises that members of the public avoid the area for the time being whilst this matter is investigated.
