Armed Forces Day to be held this Sunday

Celebratory event in the Villa Marina's Royal Hall

A celebration of the Armed Forces will be held this Sunday (22 Nov) at the Villa Marina.

From 5pm a service will be take place inside the Royal Hall.

The Armed Forces Covenant will be signed by the main churches of Mann in the presence of the Lieutenant Governor Sir Richard Gozney.

After the ceremony, tea will be provided for veterans and their families.

Then a full evening concert will be held featuring Castletown Metropolitan Silver Band, the Blue Train Big Band, and singer Mandy Griffin.
