Treasury Minister says it's still early days for measuring financial impact
The treasury minister is confident that certain parts of the Island's economy will emerge "in good health", after the coronavirus crisis has passed.
Alfred Cannan says while hospitality and tourism may suffer in the longer term, other parts of the economy will survive.
In a briefing to the Island's media, Mr Cannan said it's still too early for the department to know the exact impact of the pandemic on government finances.
He projected when we might start to get a clearer picture:
'Pressure in the system' but bed figures are wrong says Manx Care
