Are you a serial food waster? Do you regularly throw out a third of what you put into your fridge because it has gone beyond its sell-by date?

This evening (Monday) at the Noble's Hospital lecture theatre, an expert will be talking on 'uncovering the global food waste scandal'.

Tristram Stuart's public talk at Keyll Daree will start at 7.30pm. 

He is also be appearing on Manx Radio's Talking Heads programme from 12 noon today (Monday).
