Venerable Andy Brown has stepped down
The Archdeacon of Man says his successor needs to 'see the big picture' and 'be brave' when making decisions.
The Venerable Andy Brown has stepped down after 10 years in the role.
He's also leaving his positions as vicar of St George and All Saints and as the House of Keys chaplain.
Mr Brown says, whilst each congregation has its own focus, church leaders need to take a broad approach:
