Manx Care has issued a 'full apology' for not including an area in the south of the Island in the first phase of a new strategy for localised care.
It's planning to appoint two coordinators in the region – one to cover Port Erin, Port St Mary and Rushen and the other Castletown, Malew and Santon.
Arbory was due to be included in the second phase of the rollout – something that caused issue for the area's MHKs and commissioners.
