Previously pleaded not guilty
A man from Tromode will appear in court next month over an allegation he assaulted a police officer after an incident in a pub.
Thirty-seven-year-old Alistair John Cowin of Ballafletcher Road appeared via a video link from prison in Jurby before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith.
He admitted stealing gin from Marks and Spencer in Douglas, disorderly behaviour on licensed premises at the Bowling Green pub on Derby Road and breaching his prison release licence on 25 February.
At a previous hearing he'd pleaded not guilty to assaulting the officer on that date.
He was remanded in custody to appear again on 22 April.
