Applications for postal votes needed by 5pm

Forms can be downloaded from government website

Today is the last day to apply for a postal vote in next week's general election.

Forms need to be with constituency returning officers by 5pm.

Everyone registered to vote is eligible for a postal ballot.

People wishing to vote by proxy have until 5pm on 22 September to apply.

The election is on Thursday, 23 September.
