28 flats proposed for Finch Road
Douglas could see a new apartment block in the city centre.
A planning application is proposing to knock down offices on Finch Road and build a five-storey residential space in its place.
It's being proposed by Litchfield Properties.
Savage and Chadwick architects say it is due to a 'consequence of a lack of commercial demand' as 'the existing buildings have also become difficult to let.'
Located on 26-32 Finch Road, the proposals include 28 apartments and 30 parking spaces with sizes ranging from 770ft2 to 1,290ft2.
