Dawn Kinnish and Peter Reid attempt to become MLCs
Another two candidates have put themselves forward for a seat in the Legislative Council.
Former government equality advisor Dawn Kinnish and banker Peter Reid want to become MLCs.
They have been nominated by Treasury Minister Alex Allinson and Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh respectively.
It means there are now seven candidates vying for the four seats available.
Sitting members Diane Kelsey, Tanya August-Hanson and Paul Craine are hoping to retain their seats – Kirrie Anne Jenkins and Conor Keenan are also in the running.
The election will take place on 14 March; nominations close on 24 February.
