Petition leads to Tynwald accepting recommendations
Happy the recommendations have been broadly accepted, but more work still to do.
The verdict of Roseleen Harrison, the woman who brought forward a petition for redress of grievance regarding animal welfare in the Isle of Man.
Recommendations accepted include setting up a public register of those barred from keeping animals and plans to protect those being transported to and from the Island.
Ms Harrison says she's happy with things so far, but this is not the end of her worrk:
