Chairman retains his seat
Andy Cowie has been re-elected chairman of Ramsey Commissioners.
He was voted back into the role by local authority colleagues at their annual statutory meeting last night (Tuesday).
Luke Parker has been elected deputy chairman and Juan McGuinness will be lead member for finance.
