Consultation on protecting those who can't make own decisions
Government is aiming to build a framework to protect people who are unable to make their own decisions.
A consultation has gone live today seeking feedback on a draft of the Island's first Capacity Bill.
Views will help form legislation aimed at giving rights to people who lack the ability to make decisions for themselves.
