Cost for December's kits was more than £3.1m
Almost £6million has been spent on lateral flow testing kits since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
More than half of the cost came last month following the change in testing policy on the Island.
Health Minister Lawrie Hooper told Tynwald less than £300,000 was spent in October rising to nearly £1million in November, before jumping up to £3.1million in December.
He confirmed the total spend since March 2020 has been £5,846,145.
