Figure down just over 1,500 compared to 2025

Almost 38,000 people travelled to the Island on a ferry service this TT, down slightly compared to last year.

The Steam Packet Company says it carried 37,941 passengers to the Island during this year's racing fortnight, just over 1,500 fewer than in 2025.

The ferry operator used three vessels during the two-week period, with the Ben-my-Chree operating freight-only crossings alongside Manxman and Manannan.

Steam Packet Managing Director Brian Thomson says the TT remains one of the most important events in the Island's calendar, and that the company is proud of the role it plays in the event.

The firm's TT schedule continues until tomorrow, as it handles return journeys for visitors, competitors and organisers.

Manx Radio invited the Steam Packet to be interviewed about the TT statistics - the company declined the request.
