Minister says festival allows local business to 'gear up and expand'
The TT races need to keep growing going forward to continue benefitting local businesses and visitors.
That's the view of the Treasury Minister who says the festival is a crucial time to allow local companies to 'gear up and expand' for the next year.
Dr Alex Allinson says innovations such as providing livestreaming of the racing fortnight this year is about building the TT's world reputation.
He was asked if giving more digital coverage might put people off travelling to the Island to watch the races in future:
