£5.7 million support for people who were eligible last time
More than £5.7 million of support will be handed out to people at high risk of fuel and food price rises this winter.
But the support will only be given to those who’ve already received it including people who receive an income-related benefit or those who get child benefit.

It means many of the so-called ‘squeezed middle’ will once again miss out on any taxpayer’ backed help.
