Education Minister says parliament needs to be flexible
Tynwald needs to be flexible to allow members to meet in person or virtually.
That's from Education Minister Dr Alex Allinson, who said he wouldn't support a virtual sitting of the Island's parliament this month.
Initially, plans for proceedings to take place online were announced, before a hybrid solution was found, giving members a choice.
Dr Allinson told Manx Radio measures could be put in place to mitigate the risk in the chamber:
Renewed calls for public referendum on Island's Assisted Dying Bill
Manannan delay blamed on fault with propulsion system
Nurses to be asked for views on three-year pay offer
