Details of taxpayer' backed funding released
Publishing the details of the companies which received more than £110 million of Covid-19 support was the right thing to do.
That’s the view of the enterprise minister who says people should be able to see where taxpayers’ money was spent.
Data released showed the applicants who’d benefited from financial assistance as part of eight schemes – with almost £80 million paid out in salary support.
