Chester women's case committed to higher court
Two alleged cocaine smugglers from Chester have been committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Twenty-three-year-old Dominique Carline of Norris Road and 24-year-old Dani Leigh Sharp of Meynell Place appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
They deny producing class A drugs to the Isle of Man and possessing cocaine with intent to supply on 17 October at the Sea Terminal in Douglas.
Mrs Hughes remanded them in custody, and committed them to stand trial in the Island’s higher criminal court on a date to be fixed.
